I love to learn new techniques and try new cuisine; Wild Thyme gives you the opportunity to do both. With a variety of classes, from hands-on to instructional, the classes are informative and fun. It's great for a date, special occasion, girls night out, or even solo. My daughter had her birthday party at Wild Thyme as well. The location is clean and modern, but comfortable. Chef Allison and the rest of the staff are welcoming and extremely knowledgeable.

Loved it! Such a fun and unique thing to do in Lexington! It was set up well and the food was fantastic! Will definitely be back!

My husband and I attended the sushi class and absolutely loved it!! It was so informative and we were stuffed by the end of it. The atmosphere was casual and it felt like we were just making dinner at a friend's house. We cannot wait to go back and try some of the other classes as well!!

What an amazing experience! A professional kitchen with the hospitality of a southern home. It was amazing to watch strangers come together. The room filled with laughter, as people busied themselves preparing this wonderful French cuisine. The atmosphere is as delightful as the food! I will definitely do this again.

Our Thanksgiving turkey was absolutely delicious from Wild Thyme! So juicy and tender... just perfect with gravy, corn pudding, cranberry sauce...and those rolls - yum! All were fabulous! Getting these allowed me to add a few sides of my own resulting in a lot less stress and work. So happy....thank you Allison!

Allison was the most incredible caterer! She went above and beyond on every aspect of helping us plan and execute our wedding. We have continued to receive compliments on how incredible our wedding food was well past the date. We can’t say enough good things about how much Allison’s work elevated our special day!
