Almost every recipe begins with an instruction; cut up a chicken, slice an onion, mince garlic, or small dice tomatoes. Yet few cooks, even good ones, possess the basic knife skills to do these tasks effective and efficiently. Whether you are a top chef or an at-home beginner this knife skills workshop will show you how. Once you acquire these skills, cutting becomes a part of the joy of cooking. What’s more the flavors and textures of your finished dishes will be enhanced.
Class is priced per person; class is limited to no more than 10 guests. Each guest will have their own station, cutting board, etc to work with. Knives will be provided for use during class; however, you can choose to add a wusthof classic chef’s knife to your purchase of this class for use during class and to take home after.
