Cake Decorating 101
February 2nd 10am-1pm
Starting with the use of decorating tubes and pastry bags, students will receive step-by-step guidance in the art of piping a variety of border designs, creating Buttercream Flowers, filling and icing a cake, and how to create their own beautiful cakes. Class includes a cake decorating piping kit and offset spatula for you to take home.
3 hour class hands on – This is a full participation workshop.
Coffee and cake will be served.
