In this CIT class, specifically designed for our young chefs ages 7-14, our class will cover the basics to summer grilling.  Skills learned in this class will include how to grill a steak, grilling vegetables, fish, fruit, and even bread!   Bonus material will include a proper marinade, dry rub, and proper care of grill and grill utensils.
