This class will feature fare from across the Bluegrass State, curated specifically for this meal, which will be welcoming spring and all that is good about Kentucky in April. From KY hot browns to Derby Pie, and Mint Juleps to fried chicken, Kentucky is known the world over for tantalizing and delicious foods. With a local flair, and a (sometimes!) healthier approach, we do our best to stick to tradition, with a few modern tricks up our sleeves too. Join us for an evening of local, food-centric enjoyment.
In this class we will also feature a classic tailgating recipe of homemade BBQ ribs and discuss the technique to fall of the bone goodness!!
