What better way to spend a Friday night.  This class is a favorite Date Night class and makes for a delicious and special evening out where you have a restaurant quality three-course dinner with recipes to take home, and you can say you made it yourself!  You will work at your own station, next to your date, to create Crab Cakes with caper dill relish, Peppercorn Crusted Steak with a butternut squash puree and a side of roast asparagus with walnut gremolata. And for dessert you will torch your own delicious vanilla bean crème brulee. Also learn a bonus recipe of how to make a classic béarnaise sauce (a perfect butter sauce for a perfectly cooked filet!)   This class is priced per person. .
