Cheddar and Beer Fondue with sausage, pickles, bread, fruit, and potatoes

Irish Seafood Stew with Soda Bread and whipped butter

Herb Encrusted Skillet-Roasted Lamb Loin with Colcannon, Buttered Carrots, and Cabbage and Corn Slaw

Porter Bundt Cake with Whiskey-Caramel Sauce
