In this class you will work hands on with April in our prep kitchen and preparing various dishes and learn the art of batch cooking. Nothing gets you prepared for a plant based lifestyle than meal prep with a pro.
Note: This is a sampling class and you will receive recipes and tips for batch cooking; however, you will not be taking home meals for the week in the class.
