Have you been thinking about living a more plant based lifestyle?  Join us for a nutritious, delicious, and extremely informative class with our special guest April May Health!  This workshop will teach you the science behind a plant based lifestyle and the real science behind weight loss.  You will be taught about the power of caloric density!   Lose weight without counting calories, weighing food or being deprived.  Come hungry, because we will cook a delicious meal together and enjoy eating our hearts out!
