Have you been thinking about living a more plant based lifestyle?  Join us for a nutritious, delicious, and extremely informative class with our special guest April May Health!  This workshop will teach you the science behind a plant based lifestyle and the real science behind weight loss.  You will be taught about the power of caloric density!   Lose weight without counting calories, weighing food or being deprived.  This class is specifically going to focus in on the power of overcoming diabetes through a plant based life style along with some fantastic sugar alternatives.  Come hungry, because we will cook a delicious meal together and enjoy eating our hearts out!
