Feeling overwhelmed in the kitchen?  This is the must attend class for every person who wants to create a great meal, every meal! You’ll learn how to enhance everyday ingredients to create a delicious meal from pantry staples. We’ll practice the basics of the broil, pan-fry, sauté, grill, steam & roast. We’ll teach you why we blanch some vegetables, and what’s best roasted. You’ll learn why we sear some meats, and why we sometimes finish cooking them in the oven. This is the cornerstone class that teaches you truly how to cook. And as usual, we will finish with a delicious meal you can enjoy and say you made it yourself!

On the menu … wilted green salad with homemade vinaigrette and candied pecans~ seared salmon with grilled lemon caper white wine sauce ~ fried eggplant parmesan with three step breading procedure- and make a bananas foster that would impress your food friends all year.  Who say’s you can’t cook!  Not anymore!

Purchase a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with dinner! We now have wine, craft beer, and bourbon available by the glass or by the bottle.
