In this hand’s on class, you can enjoy all that winter has to offer. The harvest of winter is plentiful with beets, parsnips, potatoes, squash, and carrots.  Let’s expand our horizons and learn new techniques and methods of cooking these versatile veggies through soups, sauces, purees, and more.
